Afrihost bad support

After waiting years for Fibre to be installed in my area, it finally is, Afrihost has a great order process, but what bad support.

Over a month after my Fibre line went live, they still cant resolve a network issue limiting my download speed to 2mb when I ordered a 10mb line.

Time to find a new ISP for me after many years of trouble free surfing.
