Afrihost bad services

I canceld the fibre last month on the 20th. Got free month. Now they took it away and said O sorry you need to pay as the free month is for October. I said to the support team Im going to go here and tell my story. I will not pay the amount they want me to pay. I have a 50 line but cant even use it. If this is the why they are treating their clients Im sorry I will never get fibre from them again. I was a client before no problems moved back to them and all I have is problems they are not intrested to sort out the problem. All they want is the month fee. I have complain every day and no one is sorting the problem no phone call no support. Im sorry to say you are not the number one fibre supplier anymore. Thank you Janita
