Afrihost bad service provider

Firstly the support team seemed sincere. The network coverage was bad from day one and I let Afrihost know. So far no solution, the internet speed is just getting worse. Every month I loose data because the coverage is really bad and I have sent them numerous speed tests so that they can see. No result, no attempt at trying to make things right nothing. Yet every month they have no problem taking my money. *******.
