AFRIHOST BAD SERVICE FOR 1ST TIME CLIENTS

On 6th of January 2023 I placed an order for new LTE connection, I did verify my account as they requested so the6can debit the pay. Monday the 9th the debit order went off, and it's today the 13th and Afrihost still has not updated my order because they say the debit order payment take 5 working days to clear which is the 1st time I hear of such. Am tired of be**** to by their call center personnel. All I want now is my money back to go buy to other people who care about their service.
