Afrihost BAD SERVICE !

Dear Afrihost.

Please could you explain to me WHY you KEEP BILLING me for a line which I have CANCELLED TWICE already?. My bill is supposed to be R1400 but you KEEP telling me it is R2400 for two lines when I have CANCELLED the second line TWICE already. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
