Afrihost Bad service

Used to get gr8 service from them in my old house with Fibre. Since I moved into my new house only LTE available from them. Signal horrible and back up service even worse. Taking long to respond and each time I need to explain the situation all over again. Giving them till month end to sort and then moving to a new service provider
