Afrihost Bad Service and overcharging

I have app**** for fibre network use from Afrihost. I use a Frogfoot line. For more than a week I cannot access the internet because they cannot link my routers to their ppoe or Dhcp link. Brand new routers that was used with Frogfoot and VTS. When want to cancell and want my libe released to go back to VTS they are charging me R999 ridiculous. They cannot get me linked i have not used any data. Please think twice before using Afrihost
