Afrihost bad service and incompetence.

On 4 Oct I received my Router , pre-programmed etc, and something that suppose to be a plug -in up and running is taking ages. first is was the line that wasn't activated, then it was the fibre line (vumatel) today 10 Oct 2018, Still unresolved. I got a technician today at my cost to help and resolve. I have already been billed for a line that is not working. Well, is after today it is unresolved, i will move my business! Seems like afrihost is not prepared for the future.
