Afrihost bad service and how to pass the buck

I app**** for a fibre line from Afrihost. They told me that the only installer of the line is Operserve, a Telkom company, that will contact me. They did and we set up an installation for 3 November. They did come out but found in the complex the wiring was looped through 2 houses in front of me in the complex. This meant they have to have access to 2 of my neighbour's houses. That was arrange for 10h00 on the 5th November. Nobody turned up and after phoning the contractor and Afrihost nothing happened. Then after some persistance they then set up for the 9th November 08h00 so that the neighbours can be available. Again no-one came. Afrihost's respons - "No-one forced you to sign when it you saw it was Openserve to install the line" and " Openserve - Oh that is going to be a problem." and the pust you on hold for 20minute at a time plus.
