Afrihost - Bad Service and *****.. Well Done Gian Visser

All I can say Gian Visser has the most useless company. We been down from 10 June and promised multiple time to fix our Fibre. There has been multiple tickets raised. I cant tell you how many times I have been asked what is the light status. I believe Afrihost is in bed with TT connect providing bad services.

After many calls I thought let me try again Friday 31 July, where it was promised a manger would call me. Needless to say I think I would get a phone call from Mars before I get one from Manager.

Now here is the kicker..., Afrihost has committed *****, and believe it or not, debited my account for a service that has been off line since 10 June.

Shame on you Gian and your useless team.

They so bad, they don,t want to even be part of Hellopeter.. Please do not use afrihost , unless you want first rate bad service.
