Afrihost bad service and attitude

Extremely poor service from this company. I signed up for Fibre package for my elderly mom. They lost the equipment and took 3 weeks to deliver replacements. When delivered it was not set up so fibre did not work. I am working far away so cannot assist with setup on site. Afrihost is not willing to fix the problem they created. After almost 1 month of struggling to get the equipment and to get it working. They expect my elderly mom to drive from Pretoria to Johannesburg with equipment to have it correctly set up. Or to hire an IT person to do the setup at my cost. The assistant on the whatsapp help (Steph.M) was also very arrogant. So please, if you consider this company, stop and look for a different one. You will do yourself a favour. Best Regards
