Afrihost bad service

I app**** for Vumatel Fibre through Afrihost on the 30 Nov 2020 and up until today it has not been installed. Their excuse is that Vumatel is the hold up. Been chatting to Afrihost from day one and they cant sort this problem.. been on a call with them for 40 minutes today and when i requested to speak to their manager their consultant put me on hold then eventually dropped my call. I want my money back, Afrihost and Vumatel you suck!!!!!!
