Afrihost bad service

I have app**** for a fibre line in August 2019 . I am still waiting for my fibre line to be installed they said somebody would contact me to arrange installation two weeks ago but to date nobody has contacted me. When you go on the online chat only certain departments are live the short version is I am not getting the service I was expecting from them.
