Afrihost bad service

I have called for 5 days to resolve an internet issue since Thursday. I keep getting message that my data bundle has expired & yet I am on fibre. I have spoken to 4 agents, I have rebooted my router & SNT countless times& there's no solution. All I keep being told is that the issue will be escalated. This kind of service is sour & bad. One would expect better from an ISP as internet is vital for work from home. we cannot be paying the amounts of money we are paying & get this kind of below par service.
