Afrihost - bad service

NOT YOUR MONEYS WORTH!!

Do not apply/signup for any service with these guys!! They are useless!

I signed up for a new service, fixed LTE, They delivered a broken router to me then they blocked my account without any communication or reason and when i esquire no one can tell me why,of what the situation is! you can only reach the security department via email and they haven't responded to numerous emails and requests for information and clarification!

There is no way to escalate the matter using Afrihost internal mechanism.

Worst service ever!!
