Afrihost bad service

I'm a new customer of Afrihost fibre and I'm already disappointed by their services. The sales agent told me that it will take a maximum of 10 days to have the fibre setup completed. I app**** on the 17 June and still nothing. Both my wife and I work from home so No internet = No work = No revenue
