Afrihost bad service

Afrihost failed me. An web developing company called tech chat took advantage of my business by refusing to release our company's domain after a misunderstanding. We then contacted Afrihost to dispute the domain since the web developer is also an Afrihost client.

Afrihost demanded all CK documents, company letter heads etc to prove that we are the primary owners of the domain. And after we submitted a consultant named Jailosi P then said they will no longer be able to assist me and I must contact domaindispute.co.za, I must say I'm highly disregarding Afrihost's competency.
