Afrihost - Bad Service

Afrihost started well in my books - I moved from Telkom for obvious reasons. Not sure what has changed at Afrihost but the service has become non-existent. I ordered two fibre lines accidentally last year FEB which was not installed although I had the infrastructure. I then cancelled both orders but they already delivered the Routers - They charged me R99 to retrieve the routers and charged me R999 for the routers. They have never come to collect the routers and still owe me the money for the collection and router. No one cares about it.
