Afrihost Bad Service

We are currently developing a website for a client our PHP script sends an email to the following address:

I have set up mail forwarders for this email address on cPannel and I am not receiving the mails on the other corresponding mails. The only email that is received is to my own domain (this happens within seconds and confirms that the PHP code works).

I have been in contact with multiple Afrihost representatives using their WhatsApp platform (Which they hardly respond to) without success. I have sent the PHP code which I have tested and retested and the forwarders only work if being forwarded to an email with our domain.

I am now getting frustrated as one of the Afrihost representatives stated that the emails are not being sent because they are being marked as spam on the server side. However, the issue still persists while the client urgently awaits.

Yet, Afrihost claims to have "The best service".
