Afrihost Bad Service

<p>I received an email from Afrihost on Friday regarding a payment which did not go through saying the payment failed. This is for a Hosting account. I made a full payment the beginning of this month, as my card expired and I knew it would create problems with payments. I even send them an email explaining the matter to them upon which they rep**** that payment has been received. Whenever I logged into my clientzone it continued to state that my account is in perfect order. However, I then received this email from them on Friday stating they are closing my account due to non-payment. I am dissapointed in their customer service and accounts department which cannot maintain proper accounting systems. If I can find another business which is an alternative to them, I will switch over. Any one with sugesions?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
