afrihost - bad experience

Unable to make contact telephonically( call centre is diabolical- ) with Afrihost last week , I travelled to their offices in Rivonia to enquire about a 25gb+25gb promotion currently being advertised. I opted for this package and was told it would be delivered within the course of this week.I instructed the consultant that delivery could only be done on either a Tuesday or Friday as these are the days that my domestic helper is at my house. I contacted Afrihost this morning to enquire on the status of the order and was told that they had difficulty in verifying my bank account details ( this after a debit order from Afrihost had just been processed !!) Afrihost had not made any effort to contact me in this regard! I was also informed today that my Domestic helper would have to present her Rica documents to accept delivery on my behalf!(Really??) This was not communicated to me at any time , Rica documentation was not mentioned during my consultation with an agent at the Afrihost offices. I have other services with Afrihost for which I have already presented my Rica documentation. I then cancelled my order for the 25gb+25gb offer
