Afrihost bad debit order service

I am extremely disappointed with service from Afrihost. Everytime when i tell them they need to debit my account they say it will happen. My salary gets in early on 20th of every month. I told Afrihost that i would like to debit on my salary date and they said they want to debit from 1st of every month. Once the payment fails once with a debit order that does not get tracked I am told that my service will be terminated in 30 days. Even if i pay within 7 days
