AFRIHOST - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very Poor customer services on the accounts Departments, I have been invoiced for web Hosting services while my domain is hosted somewhere else, and their employees confirm that there are no web hosting services I have been offered, however, they can't do anything, I have to pay the invoice. I Spoke to Nhlakanipho he was as useless as the previous Agents. Nomonde K from the WhatsApp chats seems very clue-less as well regarding how to assist the clients. Not Recommending this Company.
