Afrihost Bad Customer Experience

Afrihost is a let down, and very frustrated with their customer service.hve had no internet connection since the 5th and hve had two fault numbers with numerous promises that they were sending a vumatel person to fix within 24 hrs, hve had two fault numbers given ISP-996541 and ISP-993697.the story changes every time u call, and this is unacceptable
