Afrihost bad aftercare but eager to deduct money

I orderd a wifi modem from afrihost , I was delivered late, secondly I had it for two days then it was notworking any more. They said they wil refund me but after this problem the stil deduct the money from my bank account. I must wait for them to collect the modem before they.can refund me for their mess. I asked to speak to the CEO but no he is to importent. I have dent email after email without any response.
