Afrihost

We have upgraded from ADSL had Fibre installed at home as we are all working from home. Since the insatlation by Afrihost/Octotel it has not worked well. Inferior to ADSL. Have called Afrihost on numerous accounts and contacted them on WhatsApp but no success. Can anyone recommend an alternative service provider. The Afrihost service realy sucks!!!
