I signed up on the 10th March. It is 13 days later and I am still not up and running. I had to contact you guys after waiting a week without hearing anything. This morning I follow up again (because otherwise nothing happens) and I am told that they will have to log an up date request as it still doesn't show has migrated over. I foresee another day of me not being up and running.
