Afrihost at its best

Don’t bother, don’t even go there. They have no engineers in the field. I mean no one, absolute zero engineers employed. In order to check the internet malfunction they TOLD ME to buy a laptop that had a LAN connection PLUG OR ADAPTER. I mean ***, am I now an unpaid service engineer for Afrihost. Because I refused, the support, which little there was, stopped. When I stated that I would not pay and end my contract, they sent me the guide to show how to end the service and contract. Are these people for real?
