Afrihost Arrogance in dealing with their customers

Afrihost has a policy that they only accept payment on the 1st of the month and charge an exorbitant R20 for failed payment. For a person who only gets paid on the 1st this becomes a problem because they debit your card at 1 minute past midnight of last day of the month. and my bank then charges me a penalty for failed payment as well. As fa r as I am concerned the 1st of the month is from 0:01hrs on the 1st until 0:00hrxs on the 2nd and as such I would have received my money and be able to pay. On discussion with their accounting department I was told that this is how their system operates and in not so many words accept it or leave it. Well I don't accept it and find their arrogance totally unacceptable. As fa as I am concerned it is ******* to not allow the full day of designated payment to expire. I am looking to move my business to another operator and suggest others do the same.
