AFRIHOST ARE USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an experience with a terrible driver from Afrihost on the M1 north today. He almost drove into me without indicating and seemed to think he was entitled to go into any lane at any moment without any indication, regardless of any other road users.

He could have very well knocked me off the road and since the car is not his, why should he care. The car is a VW Jetta with registration number HS 48 JP GP.

Further to this, I called the "report bad driving" number on the car and the automatic voice message says I would wait 8 minutes, I waited 20 minutes thereafter the call centre person told me that reception dealt with complaints and therefore I will be transferred to the reception. I asked if I would wait long to be assisted and the call centre person said "no", that reception is "always available". I was transferred and then the automatic voice message said the waiting time was 16 mins which we all know would land up being an hour wait.

I dropped the phone because who the hell has that time to have their call answered!!!

What a useless bunch!
