AFRIHOST ARE USELESS AND JUST PASS THE BUCK

I am a new client with Afrihost as my previous ISP was messing me around and was promised by Afrihost that they would always keep me in the loop with issues but i have had no internet since 16-05-2018 9am until now 17-05-2018 11:43 and i have sent several messages to Afrihost, they keep blaming Vumatel for me not having network but Vumatel sent me an E-mail prooving that this is an AFrihost issue, they need to get their setting right but Afrihost has now blocked their call centre number and is ignoring clients and when we request for the CEO's office, we are just ignored ! i need to cancel my contract immediately with AFrihost and find a better ISP that will not mess me around, I have a home business that is suffering and i feel that Afrihost does not care about small business, if this was a large organisation we would be treated with urgency and speed !!
