Afrihost are useless

I cancelled APN 500 package on 22Jan and app**** for a new Mobile XS package. I was informed that this was not possible during the month and that I would have to wait until the end of the month. I did this. They charged me for the new package and the new month arrived and I have no data. Somehow the old package is still active and the new package is active but the new package has no data. Afrihost are *********** and should not be in business. They can't even get a simple package change done. I have phoned them and they have put me on hold. They are worse than Telkom because the people who answer the phones can't help. Neither can the supervisors. They have to refer everything to the development department.
