Afrihost are *******

Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I decided to cancel my LTE package with Afrihost on the 8th of April. Had around 130gb left on. Some would expire on the 30th of April and most on the 31st of May.

Month end came and my sim was cancelled and my data was lost. I phoned and spoke to numerous people explaining to me that the sim was cancelled on my request and there is nothing they can do and they will also not refund me or give me the data.

No where in there terms is it stated that you lose the data upon cancellation and even when speaking to a consultant going through the terms can they find where this is stated.

I have been with them for years, but this is unacceptable. This is theft and its finest. Will never in my life use this ISP again.
