Afrihost are *******!!!

Please guys don't ever use Afrihost or refer friend or family to afrihost please please you will regret it. I introduced all my friends at work o how i regret it! In November i asked them to freeze my service i have 3.5 Gigs left i asked the guy to freeze my service and to confirm that i will not be charged and when i am ready that my 3.5 will still be available. i have been fighting with them since 02/01/2019 as they still debited me and refusing to give me my 3.5G. i was now told i should have used the word lock my date in order for them to have kept it. Please people don't use them!
