Afrihost are the worst company ive ever used

Site has been down for the past 18 hours. They offer 0 support im sure they all enjoying their weekend. How can you not offer support when you are a telecoms company. Its actually unbelievable we have lost 1000s of dollars because of this and have literally nothing we can do to fix this. Because Afrihost CLOSES as a company. 24 hour support is a ****ing joke if there ever was one. Doubt they will ever reimburse us. I may get an apology on Monday wow that will make up for everything.
