Afrihost are the worst

This is the worst internet service provider that I have encountered to date.I have spent at least 10 hours on the phone with their consultants trying to get a service up and running, one for which i have paid twice already and still dont have a connection The consultants are ***********, the management is unreachable, they do not return calls, I have spent a total of 3 hours on 4 calls to their call center today alone and still do not have a result. I would loke to urge all you folk thinking of using their service to go elsewhere and save the money you going to be wasting as well as the level of irritation that you will be facing, they make Telkom look really good.
