Afrihost are ********

This is the worst ISP imaginable. They have ****** money from us and the service does not even work.

I requested a hosting package change from Windows to Linux and while they say it takes 24 hours and is automated on their cpanel...it has been over a week and my website has been down because of this.

They assured me there would be no cost to change the package but they went and debited R3800 from my clients account. Now we cannot get that money back, they can only credit it to us and the hosting domain does not even work.

We are now stuck with them because we do not want to lose the credit owed to us because of their billing mistake.

Worst experience I have ever had with an ISP and I have been doing this for over 10 years. Do not use them, they are ******** and they ***** your money.
