AFRIHOST ARE ****S, STAY AWAY!!!!!

This is the worst company you can ever pick to provide you with Fibre! No matter what, don't use this company. They will repeatedly deduct money from your account and you will never have connectivity. I took up the 75Mbps/75Mbps package and had the fibre installed on a Friday and at this point they had deducted about 2k from my account, it didn't work all weekend. I called them on the Monday and told them this and the issue persisted. I the cancelled the entire thing on Tuesday after calling them and realising I was in for a very bumpy ride. After this call, they went into my account and took R90. Okay, the next day they went and took 1k again all within a span of less than 5 days. I called all throughout that week asking them to return my money and I would end up on a perpetual hold. I wish I could warn people again these ****s. Utter complete ****gery. They will never return your money but boy oh boy will they take it. If you require an example of an ************ business, Afrihost is certainly the business. STAY AWAY!!!!
