AFRIHOST ARE ROGUES

I ordered fibre services from this company in September expecting activation on the 1st October. I was waiting until the 3rd for services, with much frustration I requested they cancel their account I don't want there service as they already failed with my request. So I never used their fibre or service ever! Yet I paid for it, and they still try to debit my account and cost me bank charges They refuse acknowledge what they are doing, they don't call me back, the go around in circles via email. Please tell me who to take this up with because I'm sick of this pathetic company who is trying to ***** my money for something i never used because of their own inadequacies.
