Afrihost are proving to be useless

So today I get an email from Afrihost saying "The provider has advised that the area is not live yet, & there is no ETA at this stage on when it’s going live." I currently have Fibre from Telkom (Openserve). I have used the WhatApp service and the staff on it are ***********. The communications I have gotten to date have been terrible to say the least. So Afrihost, if you are interested in me as a client, pick up the phone and call me (assuming you can find my phone number)... If not, then let me know and I will revert back to Telkom... Their download speeds aren't great, but at least it worked.
