Afrihost are pathetic!

I have never been so frustrated in my entire life!

I app**** to move my fiber line THREE doors down, in the same building, literally ten meters away. I app**** on 8th January.

Today, 28th January, after I had to call SEVEN times, racking up over 90minutes call phone minutes, to follow up (note they didn't bother once to contact me) and after speaking to SEVEN difference people, who all gave a completely opposite answers.

One guy, Lebogang, said he would log an urgent escalation, and "forgot" to log it.

I am told that not only can they not install fiber because my building isn't set up for it (seriously?) and that because its after the 25th, I will have to pay a full months fees. Keeping in mind that I DON'T HAVE ANY CONNECTION!!!

ARE YOU ACTUALLY KIDDING ME!!??
