<p>After being with them for a while I decided to get a new bussiness domain which they advertised for a price, so i went for it after a week or so I was told it would cost 42000 bucks so I told them not to do it but istead please organise me a different cheaper one, so they did however there was a amount of 1300 +- which I had already paid for the previous one and was told that I would be credited for that which never happened and now they threttening to cut me for not paying them again. this is all on email and I have been fighting with them for over a month now. they have no customer satisfaction and act like they are doing you a favour I could go into how much of a ******* there design team is as you end up doing all the work yourself and they charge you for giving you a template which you then need to work on. there service is shocking and they never bother to answer your emails untill a week or two have passed </p>
