Afrihost are ****** and ***** from people

I have been trying to cancel a Fibre contract with afrihost since April 2018. They have been refering me to their online client zone for cancellation but it has never worked and they have been billing me. These people are ****** and their business model is based on ******** business. They make money on forcing contracts and not allowing clients to terminate.
