Afrihost are ********* ans ********

Afrihost have ****** money from me. They took me on as a client knowing that they could provide me with a service that they sold me. Not only have they wasted 2 weeks of my life, they have billed me for their mistakes and refuse to refund me my money. They double billed me and sent me 2 routers and then charged me for it. They got my address wrong after sending them proof of address, then billed me again when collecting their duplicate router. R249 × 2 + R1497 installation fee X 2. After telling me that they were adding my address to the vuma list and will hold my funds until fibre is live in my complex, I reversed the debit orders charged to me. I was then told that my account was in areas and that they needed me to pay the outstanding amount (R1497 + R249) in order for the installation to be booked. I paid. No word from them. I call again and after speaking to almost 20 people, I finally phone Vuma myself where I was informed that they have no rights to service my complex and the Afrihost should never have taken me on as a client as they are aware of this. Now after waiting 8 days for a refund, they pay me back only a portion of my money.
