Afrihost are borderline sc*mmers

Afrihost suspended my account and expect me to pay for a month where they haven't rendered any service. Further more their consultants don't want to explain why I must pay but have resorted to just saying I must pay.

Their call centre and agents based on email all say I must pay but they refuse to cancel or reinstate my service so I'm being held hostage.

They're chargeming me for February and March and yet I havent had any service from them.
