Afrihost are beyond useless

Stay away from these people folks. We gave them 30 days notice we were moving house - the day before the move Open Serve came and did their part of the installation. Afrihost told us that it would be a simple migration within the day. It has now been 4 days with probably 7 or 8 hours on the phone trying to get some help but we keep getting pushed from one consultant to another - finally i managed to get a reference number but of course now that number doesnt exist and they cant tell me anything. 4 days is a long time for a business not to be connected. Stay away from these clowns folks - i am on the brink of a heart attack trying to deal with them.
