Afrihost are becoming as USELESS as Telkom!

For the last few months the service has just gone backwards. I never had issues like this from them until lately. Every time you call lately it takes forever to speak to someone, then half the time they can't help you sort any issues out, they like to blame Telkom as much as possible, you can sense that they don't really want to deal with your problem AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK AFTER SAYING THEY WILL!!!!! That's their new way of getting you off the phone so they don't have to deal with your issue, they say they'll contact Telkom quick or speak to a supervisor and call you back in a few. THEY DO NOT CALL BACK!!! <br> <br> If I didnt have good service in the past and also so many products with them, I would have cancelled by now, but I WILL be looking at other options now, cause enough is enough.
