Afrihost are *******!!

I signed up with Afrihost the 25th May 2026 My account was deduced R361.23 on the 27 May 2026 Router delivery: 29 May 2026 Another deduction from my account of R497 on the 01 June 2026.

Not one person can justify these charges, other than a delivery fee for R249 - which does not match either payments taken out of my account. The router has not even been connected yet I am being changed well over the actual costs?

This cannot be the service you provide by *****ing money out of people's accounts without even receiving any services yet. This is ridiculous. They advised that they will only do a refund once their contractors confirm they cannot make it to site to do installation.

Do NOT SIGN UP WITH AFRIHOST!
