Afrihost App - our smart phones aren't compatible?

I logged a support request on 29 Jan that our Smart Phones aren't compatible with the Afrihost App and I wanted to know why not and if there was a fix. Received Ticket ID: FIV-***9, but have not received any response at all since 29 Jan. I resent my email on 31st Jan and 6 Feb, and still nothing.
