Afrihost aphauling service!!

Ordered a fibre line from Afrihost ,installation done but the router doesn't work ,phoned their support line after 40 mins I put the phone down. Logged 3 tickets for them to assist me and made two phonecalls but it was just a waste of time.

Not one mail answered or call returned and still stuck without a fibre line.

****ty service is an under statement!!!!
